Human laws are complicated.
Cosmic Fusion products are hemp-derived and formulated to follow the federal hemp definition under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, state and local laws around cannabinoids like Delta-8, Delta-9, and THCa vary widely.
Because of that, we do not ship hemp-derived THC products to states or locations where these products are restricted, banned, or unclear under applicable law.
If an order is placed from a restricted location, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
We’re hoping the map shifts in the future — but for now, we follow the laws of this dimension.
