- Topicals: Designed for localized use and are not intended to produce psychoactive effects.

Are your hemp-derived products legal?
Cosmic Fusion products follow federal guidelines set by the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.

Not yet — but they’re on the horizon. We’ll have CBD-only, THC-free options for anyone who wants the benefits without psychoactive effects. Sign up for email updates to be the first to know when they land.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in hot spots like your dashboard — unless you’re trying to slow-roast your gummies into soup.

Here’s the reality: human laws are complicated.
Some states have restricted, regulated, or prohibited the sale of certain hemp-derived THC products, including Delta-8 and THCa, even though they may be federally compliant under the Farm Bill.
That means we currently cannot ship certain products to the following states:

Will I fail a drug test if I take your products?
It’s possible.
Many of our products contain cannabinoids such as Delta-9 THC, Delta-8 THC, and THCa (which converts to Delta-9 THC when heated). These cannabinoids may trigger a positive drug test — even when the product is hemp-derived and federally compliant.
Most standard drug tests are designed to detect THC metabolites and generally do not distinguish between hemp-derived and cannabis-derived sources.
If passing a drug test is important to you, we recommend avoiding THC-containing products altogether.

What’s the difference between CBD, Delta‑8, Delta‑9, CBG and THCa?
CBD:
Non-psychoactive. Doesn’t create a buzz. Often used for everyday grounding and balance.
Delta-8 THC:
Mildly psychoactive. Many describe it as smooth, steady, and mellow.
Delta-9 THC:
More potent and clearly psychoactive. Effects depend on dose and personal sensitivity.
THCa:
Non-psychoactive until heated. Once heated, it converts into Delta-9 THC.
CBG:
Non-psychoactive. Often described as clear, centered, and great for daytime use.

What is the entourage effect?
It’s a fancy way of saying: cannabinoids work better together. Instead of isolating one compound (like just CBD or just Delta‑9), the entourage effect happens when multiple cannabinoids — and even terpenes — work in synergy to enhance each other’s effects.
